Angebotsphase

In einer umfassenden Analysephase erarbeiten wir gemeinsam mit Ihnen ein Verständnis Ihrer Prozesse, Ziele und Rahmenbedingungen. Unsere langjährige Branchenexpertise hilft uns Ihnen eine individuell passende Linie, Anlage oder Maschine zu empfehlen

Konstruktion

In dieser Phase gehen wir dazu über, den bereits im Angebot skizzierten Entwurf mit zunehmenden Details zu versehen und mit Ihnen abzustimmen. Die Konstruktion erfolgt mithilfe von Solidworks, während die Fertigung der Teile in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren langjährigen Partnerunternehmen in Deutschland und Polen erfolgt.

Aufbau

Nach einem gründlichen FAT-Termin, bei dem die Funktionen des Systems geprüft werden, erfolgt die sichere Verpackung in Container. Diese werden in die Zielregion transportiert, wo unser Fachpersonal das System aufbaut und testet, um die einwandfreie Funktion zu gewährleisten.
